Although we live in Finland (Finnish Laws) our website complies with the terms of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act {C.O.P.P.A} of 1998. COPPA and its accompanying FTC regulation establish United States federal law that protects the privacy of children using the internet.
We do not collect personally identifiable information from individual users under the age of 18 without parental or guardian permission via e-mail or the use of forms. Although C.O.P.P.A has a minimum age level of 13 years, we will only accept and maintain personal information from users aged 18 years and over without parental or guardian permission via e-mail or the use of forms.
